About Me - Little Whispers consultant
Hello, I’m Christina, founder of Little Whispers and fully certified sleep consultant. I’m a mum and step-mum to 3 grown up boys, living in South Devon with my youngest son, husband and our crazy Labrador, Stanley.
What’s my background?
I’ve been supporting families with little ones from birth to 8 years for over 25 years. Along the way, I’ve gained an Early Years Education and Childcare qualification and developed a deep understanding of child development. I have also completed a 3 day course in BFI breastfeeding support, parent coaching, sleep training with Sleep Action and much, much more!
I have been working within Health Visiting teams as a Community Health Worker for the past 23 years, supporting and coaching families with all their sleep and parenting needs. In these roles, I’ve supported hundreds of families each year through every stage of their parenting journey. Over time, I found myself especially drawn to supporting parents around infant and child sleep, a passion that inspired me to train to be a certified sleep consultant and create my own business, Little Whispers.
With this blend of professional training and years of hands-on experience, I’m able to offer families both knowledge and empathy, always tailoring guidance to suit each unique child and family.

How can you start?
I offer a free, 15 minute, no obligation introductory call. This is where you can give me an outline of what you are looking for and tell me a bit about your little one. I can give you more information about myself, my background and the support packages I offer.
If you feel ready to go ahead and choose the right package for you and your family I will send you a diary and short questionnaire to complete and send back. It’s important for me to build a full history of your little one’s sleep and wake habits over a 3-5 day period. Using this information I will analyse the different factors that could be impacting the timing, length and quality of your little one’s sleep.
I will use this information to understand the possible causes of your little one’s sleep issues, what their individual sleep needs are and why they are behaving in the way they are. Helping me to target the right strategies for successful sleep training and to ensure your personalised sleep program is specific to you and your family.
It is important to me that I have your personal goals and wishes at the forefront of any plan suggested, I will never ask you to implement anything you may feel uncomfortable with.
